Orange County Wrestling Association:

Covers all southern California including all Orange County cities and surrounding cities.

Summer 2023 Series Tournament Details:
STYLES: Folkstyle and Takedown
DIVISIONS:
6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U
Girls High School JV & Varsity
Boys High School JV & Varsity

Registration:
$20 per weight, per style, and per division.
Please note - must pre-register no later than 8pm night before.

Coaches Bands
Issued to Coaches with Current USA Coaches Card or Valid School ID.

Morning of registration in person:
$30 per weight, per style, and per division.

*USA Cards will be required to wrestle. Please have a copy of USA Card present at Check In.

Weigh Ins:
Pre-Registered Athletes:
Enter exact weight online and we will spot check at check in.

Please note, we highly discourage any weight cutting, we will spot check kids day of tournament, kids must be within 3 lbs of weight entered during pre-registration, if overweight Coach and Wrestler will be pulled from tournament (no refund).

Unregistered Athletes:
Athletes whom DID NOT register ON-LINE.
Must Register and Weigh-ins per check in times below.

MANDATORY CHECK IN FOR ALL REGISTERED ATHLETES:

6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U: 7:00-8:00a Check-in / Wrestling Starts 8:30am
Junior Varsity (Boys & Girls): 8:00-10:00a Check-in / Wrestling Starts 10:30am
Varsity (Boys & Girls): 11:00-12:30 Check-in / Wrestling Starts 1:00pm

All Wrestlers:
Failure to check in before deadline will be removed from bracket and no refund.

Weight Classes:
Pooled brackets, double elimination

Medals:
14U & Under: Top 3 will be awarded medals
(Double 3rd's in brackets of 5 or larger)

High School:
Will be awarded according to bracket size
5+ person - Top 3 with Double 3rd's
4 person Round Robbins - Top 3
2/3 person Round Robins - Top 2

Divisions:

- High School Boys: JV and Varsity
- High School Girls: JV and Varsity
