The following purchase terms and conditions are designed to ensure your satisfaction with and understanding of the purchase process for all official Texas Greek Picnic Events. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket as well as any applicable terms which the venue or promoter imposes.
Payment Methods Online and at the Box Office
Texas Greek Picnic accepts several payment methods to accommodate your needs. Currently, Texas Greek Picnic accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Texas Greek Picnic is a CASHLESS EVENT.
Alternative/Cashless Payment Methods at the Box Office
Texas Greek Picnic accepts several Alternative Methods of payment to accommodate your needs. Currently, Texas Greek Picnic accepts Zelle, Apple Pay, and Tap (at the box office ONLY).
Order Confirmation
If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Texas Greek Picnic Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. Texas Greek Picnic and affiliates will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation. Shipping Charging
Tickets purchased with Texas Greek Picnic will apply a per-order shipping charge $9.99.
Non-Liability Clause
You agree that Texas Greek Picnic and affiliates, in no event shall either party be liable to the other for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to all official events of Texas Greek Picnic, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or injury while attending official events purchased for Texas Greek Picnic events dated for 07/30/2024 - 08/03/2025.
