This celebration of eco-conscious eating will be hosted by one of plant-based cuisine’s pioneer chefs, Mollie Engelhart at the Culver City location of her iconic Sage Plant Based Bistro & Brewery restaurant. Starting with pass appetizers and zero-waste craft cocktails, the evening will progress to an intimate family-style dinner featuring urban foraged food and organic produce from nearby farms, including Sow-a-Heart, in Fillmore, California- the regenerative farm Mollie and her family call home.

LA Times Food Bowl, presented by City National Bank, is a month-long festival celebrating the city’s diverse food scene combining the best of local eateries and world-renowned culinary talent, featuring the Night Market food festival, pop-up dining events, special chef collaborations, panel discussions, and other food-inspired events across Los Angeles.
