Please drop all equipment and product at your reserved space and transport your vehicle/truck/van to the Staff/Vendor parking area BEFORE you begin to set up.

All vendors are required to arrive and complete setup within this window. No late setups will be permitted after the specified times

Check-In & Wristbands
Upon arrival, all vendors must check in to receive their vendor wristbands(4). Wristbands are required for access to the event grounds.

Breakdown Policy
To ensure a great guest experience and safety:

No vendors are allowed to break down before the event ends, even if sold out.

Early breakdown is strictly prohibited.

Health Permit Requirement
All food vendors, food trucks, and dessert vendors are required to obtain a Temporary Health Permit before the event. Please ensure this is secured in advance to avoid any issues on-site at least 7 days before the event begins, to ensure efficiency on the day of.
